Returns & Trust
What's your returns policy? If any item develops a fault within 30 days, or doesn't match its description, you're entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – a replacement or correct parts are sent free of charge in that case. Changed your mind? You can cancel unassembled furniture up to 14 days after delivery for a full refund on the goods.
